This is more of a reminder to myself than anything else. The past two weeks have really wonked over my work schedule and I need to resort these last few days in my head so I show up for the right things at the right time.

Wednesday: Work at NOON. You don't have to be there until two but everyone on every shift is leaving early so other shifts are going in early to retain their hours. You'll probably be outta there before six because when they change the computer system over you won't be able to do squat.

Wednesday nite: New Year's party at Bob-san's. As soon as you're done with this post write down his address and put it in your wallet. Also remember to pack what you'll need for the rest of the day and night before you leave the house for work in the morning. Remember the hentai!!!

Thursday: You don't gotta be anywhere except to the folks' place for cheeeeeessssee fondue in the evening. Take home your seven-year-old cheddar. Mmmm.

Friday: Well, so much for those 12 hours of double-time you thought you were getting Saturday nite. You get to go in to work Friday night for 12 hours at time and a half. At least that leaves Saturday to recover and...

Saturday: Empty so far. Maybe call Ahnika since we talked about getting together sometime soon.

I think I have it sorted out now. For those of you just joining us, I got my cufflinks today. They're nice; a dime-sized navy blue dome ringed with silver. There were at least three styles I liked which made it a tough decision, but I can always go back if I desperately need more. Probably not in the near future since I only have two shirts with French cuffs -- tho' I like the style now that I don't have to roll the sleeves up. They're actually long enough! You don't know how many nice shirts I've had to pass up because the sleeves were too short. I'm tall, thin and have long arms which makes it difficult to buy off the rack and have it look good. -- Not that I look good at this moment. Sure, I have a nice shirt and my shiny new cufflinks, but I also have on faded bluejeans (nicer ones are in the wash) and a purple towel turban wrapped around my head to dry my hair. Whee. I'll dress better tomorrow, honest!

I'm starting to draw a blank now and a slight headache is setting in. See you next year!

A brief note because I just found a lovely e-card (ID # 683-4123782-1203) in my mailbox from my Mom, of all people. I was a little surprised since just two weeks ago she told me about a (scantily-clad anime girls) calendar she saw at Half Price Books that I'd like, but wouldn't get for me herself since it didn't seem "appropriate." Even more interesting is that she's found and has been playing some of the more adult games on the Multi Arcade Machine Emulator that I installed on her computer ages ago. (I should point out right now that I never stored smut on my parent's computer. The handful of risqué games came in a bundle that a friend gave me and are outnumbered by hundreds to one.) Games like "Hot Pinball", "Pool Gals" and some other poker game, all of which include images of scantily clad or not-at-all clad women. I forgot to delete them before I moved and figured I'd get in trouble if they were ever found. I guess she's more cooler than I thought.

Anyway, the link will be available for a couple weeks and then become a dead link. I probably won't do anything with it after that so don't bother writing in. During the meanwhilst, enjoy.
