New Job: Day Three

For the past ten years or so with only minor exceptions I have worked steady eight or nine hour rigidly scheduled shifts. It's going to take some time getting used to question mark hour shifts. This morning I clocked out at three-thirty.

My father always said, when it comes to work, "If you can survive the first three days you're doing all right because you know you can't hurt any more." I hope he's right. With this nugget of wisdom, he usually is.

I'm pretty sure none of the people that followed me & commented on my posts use LiveJournal any more. If you still do, please comment. - E V I…
