This is fantastic news. Gonna have to pick that one up. On an unrelated note, Sierra is releasing Windows XP-compatible compilations of some of their older game series at the end of this month. I don't much care about King's Quest or (for obvious reasons) Police Quest, but I'm definitely picking up their Leisure Suit Larry and Space Quest compilations. Don't know if you'd be interested in playing them, but I think you'd probably enjoy watching.

I'm not sure if I can wait for CoC: DCotE to go down in price before getting it, but I probably should. I'm just relieved that the PC version wasn't canceled.

For a moment I thought I had played Space Quest with Matt on his old Amiga but on second thought I realized that it was actually Space Ace. Since I bring that up I'll also mention that I picked up the two Don Bluth Dragon's Layer arcade games for the PC. Haven't tried them out yet but they're always fun.

Thirdly, I watched Ghost for the first time in ever today. I was surprised to find how much more enjoyable it was (for me) than I expected. It was worth sitting through for two hours to get to the "Dark Spirits" which, by the way, I would love to have an animated avitar of. This one will have to do for now.

I was content to ignore Ghost, but when I found out about Mike Jittlov's involvement I decided that seeing it would be a necessary evil. I haven't managed to watch it yet, but I'm glad to hear that you tested it first and found it enjoyable.

It's actually quite good as long as you fast forward through the weepy parts. Whoopi Goldberg is a riot.
